I'm Kyle Johnson. I live in Dubai, where I run Homevy, an AI-first hospitality company operating short-term rentals across the city, and PushBoxAI, an automation studio that puts AI to work inside service businesses.

Before founding companies, I spent years on the enterprise side of technology — shipping software for tier-1 banks, hospitals, automakers, and global hotel groups. That work taught me how large organizations actually adopt technology: slowly, and only when it survives contact with messy operational reality. I build the opposite way now — small, fast, and in public.

This site is where I write the playbook as I build it. Not think-pieces about where AI is headed — the specific tools, prompts, and workflows I use to run real operations today. If it hasn't earned its place in my own business, it doesn't make it here.

I write about practical AI for operators, building companies without the hustle-porn, structuring income and teams that aren't tied to a single city, and doing it all while being a present parent. The trade-offs are real, and I try to show them honestly rather than sand them off for the highlight reel.
